We rent affordable homes in Albemarle, NC to those who want the best rental home available, at
a reasonable price. Ours are not the most expensive or the cheapest homes available, but we
believe that by having quality homes at affordable prices, our tenants will be happier and stay in
their homes longer.

We PERSONALLY clean, and paint EVERY home after it is purchased.
We PERSONALLY check and replace if needed, all smoke detectors in all of our houses
(and CO detectors if gas or wood is burned).
We PERSONALLY inspect every home top to bottom and make needed repairs.
We PERSONALLY meet every prospective tenant and do thorough background checks before signing
any lease.
We PERSONALLY Care about not only our houses, but your home as well.
We PERSONALLY own and manage our properties. We're not a big corporation, but a local family that
cares about our community. We live here too!
